Tippecanoe - We've lived and loved living in this county for ten years.

It's an innovative, entrepreneurial, family-friendly, caring, interdependent, mutually supportive community and we built this pizzeria to contribute to and amplify all of the wonderful things we've found here.

We're on a mission to nourish, by baking pizzas and helping you learn how to make your own.

To reduce our impact on the county, we emphasize the use of recyclable or compostable packaging and utensils. We support local conservation efforts and a portion of our proceeds go to Tree Lafayette.

Pizza - We've been developing, baking, and refining pizza recipes for twenty years and counting. We craft both time-tested and innovative pies that reflect our community's interests.

We strive to make our pies as accessible as possible. They're baked at more than 800 degrees in fewer than three minutes on a cargo bike platform that can operate where no other pizzeria can.

And we highlight the agricultural bounty that surrounds us and the incredible work of our nation's farmers. Our pizzas are proudly the United States -- flour from Kansas, cheese from Wisconsin, tomatoes from California, and produce from our community.

Lab - At heart, we're tinkerers and experimenters. Every aspect of this operation-- from the relationships we forge, to the pizza we make, to the logistics that enable it all -- is under constant, continuous development. We look forward to exploring the possibilities!
